procedure that it be a limited--I'd be limited to what I would do and to whom I would talk and so forth. I was involved in an awful lot of investigations, the Warren Commission and people like that, and they, I'm sure, at some point told us not to discuss some things that they were working on. I at one point requested--at some point I was sent down by the Justice Department to New Orleans in the Clay Shaw trial, and I had instructions from the attorneys down there.
At some point later on, I was asked by-- names, I have to think hard now to remember names. One of the attorneys for the Justice Department asked that I write them a letter and request a civilian group be appointed by the Justice Department, I believe, or the President or somebody. And I did write a letter to him, Carl Eardley. You have a copy of that, I think
JFK Humes autopsy
EXCERPT:
James Humes was born in 1925. He obtained a M.D. degree from Jefferson Medical College in 1948 and completed his residency in pathology at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in 1956.
In 1960 Captain Humes became the chief of anatomic pathology at the Bethesda Naval Hospital. The following year he became the director of the laboratories at the National Medical Center. In that capacity, he conducted an autopsy of President John F. Kennedy.
When interviewed by the Warren Commission Humes insisted "that the bullet penetrated the rear of the President's head and exited through a large wound on the right side of his head." His testimony gave support to the report's infamous single-bullet theory.
Humes retired from the United States Navy in 1967 and became clinical professor of pathology at Wayne State University School of Medicine.
In 1996 Humes was interviewed by Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB). His testimony conflicted with that of Pierre Finck and Thornton Boswell. As one newspaper pointed out: "Two doctors, J. Thornton Boswell and James Humes, told the review board that the brain exam occurred two or three days after Kennedy's death. Initially, Humes told the Warren Commission that he, Boswell and a third pathologist, Dr. Pierre Finck, were present when the brain was examined. But when he testified to the review board in 1996, Humes did not list Finck among those present. Boswell maintains Finck was not there. On the other hand, Finck says the brain exam did not occur until much later."

Judyth and Lee in New Orleans Page 1 of 21 8/7/2006

With Comments by Judyth Vary Baker
In an earlier article, it was shown that the chances of Judyth Vary Baker and Lee Harvey Oswald both obtaining employment at the same firm on the same day in New Orleans were just over one in a million. [1] We did not make a lengthy interpretation at that time, but were showing that their employment was something other than chance. It is our contention that their employment was prearranged by “a group of planners” who were in control of the course of events. The present article attempts an interpretation of that outcome; we have invited Judyth Vary Baker to comment on aspects of the article. First, the backgrounds of both Judyth and Lee are reviewed in terms of their likely usefulness to the project, said to be the elimination of Fidel Castro through the use of deadly human cancers.
Judyth’s Background
Judyth had been an exceptional science student at Manatee High School in Bradenton,
Florida, where she graduated in 1961. [2] While in high school, she won a National
Science Fair-International award in Indianapolis for a project that modified a method to extract magnesium from seawater more efficiently. She also won honors in the national Westinghouse Science Talent Search and Florida Academy of Science contests with a project involving inducing lung cancer with cigarette smoke product in white mice. Her work with anti-radioactive steroids and x-irradiation to impede metastasis of soft tissue carcinomas in mice was guided in part by scientists at the Walter Reed Institute. During high school, she had a laboratory set up for her by Col. Philip Doyle to conduct cancer research under the guidance of local doctors and the American Cancer Society. Her work was personally inspected by Dr. Harold Diehl, Vice President of Research for the American Cancer Society. Dr. Canute Michaelson, a geneticist and radiobiologist, and said to be a CIA asset, helped obtain financial support for Judyth and other promising science students; because of Sputnik, there was a particularly strong interest in developing promising science students. [3] Colonel Daniel Marvin
EXCERPT:
A major thrust of these articles is Col. Marvin’s description of his being solicited by a CIA agent, in August 1965, to "terminate" Lieutenant Commander William B. Pitzer who was then on active service at the Bethesda Naval Hospital. Lt. Cmdr. Pitzer may have been in possession of a 16-mm movie film of President Kennedy’s autopsy (see, for example, Harrison E. Livingstone’s Killing Kennedy, published by Carrol & Graf, p. 336). In October 1966, Pitzer was found dead at BNH of a gunshot wound to the head - officially ruled a suicide.

Pitzer
EXCERPT:
Although Petty Officer David assumed that Lt. Cmdr. Pitzer personally had filmed the Kennedy autopsy, Pitzer’s name does not appear on any list of personnel involved in the autopsy or present in the morgue at that time.[5] On the other hand, Jerrol F. Custer, X-ray technician for the Kennedy autopsy, recently stated that Pitzer was present in the morgue and had photographed the military men occupying the benches.[6]
In December 1965, Dennis David was sworn in as an Ensign in the Medical Service Corps. He left the National Naval Medical Center immediately thereafter and had no further contact with Bill Pitzer; he achieved the rank of Lieutenant Commander before retiring. He recently told us that he is “certain” that Bill Pitzer had the Kennedy autopsy photographs etc. in his possession at the time of his death.
A curious coincidence is noteworthy. During the weekend on which Lt. Cmdr. Pitzer died, the Kennedy family transferred formal possession of the materials relating to the late president’s autopsy to the National Archives. A check of the inventory revealed that some items, tissue sections etc., were missing, including a stainless-steel container that presumably held the brain.[7] Six years later, Dr. Cyril Wecht discovered that the brain was indeed missing from the National Archives.[8]
Project Freedom
EXCERPT:
We call RFK's Coup Plan "Project Freedom" (the actual names for the operation are still classified), since his goal was freedom and democracy for the Cuban people Additional information from confidential sources close to these events will show how the secrecy surrounding "Project Freedom" was used by organized crime to force the government to cover-up even today) the mob's role in the death of JFK. It will also show that the swirl of intelligence- connected individuals around Oswald, and the unusual surveillance of Oswald (such as when he crossed the Mexican border) can be explained by his being under "tight surveillance" by a US intelligence agency - an agency which also conducted its own investigation into JFK's assassination and came up with a far different conclusion than Warren Commission.
pdf Deadly Alliance

Deadly Alliance
By Judyth Vary Baker with Howard Platzman, Ph.D.
OUTLINE OF THE CONSPIRACY
And Plan B: The Plot to Kill Castro and the Assassination of JFK
In 1963, the unsuccessful CIA-Mafia alliance to kill Castro -- top-secret until exposed by the Church Committee in 1975 -- was directly linked to the JFK assassination conspiracy. “Plan A” called for Castro to be killed through the use of a biological weapon that would make his death appear natural. If he could not be killed by October 25, 1963, the same group of conspirators would go to “Plan B”: killing Kennedy.
This is the first account of the JFK assassination that links it directly (in an either-or fashion) to the plot to kill Castro, and the first time Lee Harvey Oswald has ever been tied to the plot to kill Castro.
What this means is that the JFK assassination plot was an offshoot of a larger secret alliance that is already established fact. It is, therefore, not necessary to believe in the existence of a separate conspiracy theory.

David Ferrie wikipedia
EXCERPT:
David William Ferrie (March 28, 1918 - February 22, 1967) was a private investigator and pilot who allegedly claimed to have been involved in a conspiracy to assassinate President John F. Kennedy. He was later claimed by New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison to have proven involvement and that he knew Lee Harvey Oswald.
[edit] Early life
Ferrie was born in Cleveland, Ohio. A Roman Catholic, Ferrie attended St. Ignatius High School, John Carroll University, St. Mary's Seminary, where he studied for the priesthood, and Baldwin-Wallace College. He next spent three years at the St. Charles' Seminary in Carthagena, Ohio. He suffered from alopecia areata, a rare skin condition, which results in the loss of body hair and whose severity increases with age. Later in life, to compensate for his hair loss, Ferrie wore a reddish homemade wig and fake eyebrows.[1]

It may be deleted after seven days from the date of nomination. In 1944 Ferrie left St. Charles because of "emotional instability."[1] He obtained a pilot's license and began teaching aeronautics at Cleveland's Benedictine High School. He was fired from the school for several infractions, including taking boys to a house of prostitution.[2] He then became an insurance inspector and, in 1951, moved to New Orleans where he worked as a pilot for Eastern Air Lines, until losing his job in August 1961, after being arrested twice on morals charges.[3]

As a star science student, Judyth received advanced training in handling deadly cancer viruses at a famous cancer research center, Roswell Park Memorial Institute, before continuing her research briefly at St. Francis College (now St. Francis University). Later, while a student at The University of Florida, she was invited to work in New Orleans by Dr. Alton Ochsner, former president of the American Cancer Society.
School and Col. Philip Doyle
EXCERPT:
TUESDAY, MARCH 2, 1965 PROCEEDINGS: The Manatee County Board of Public Instruction
2. REPORT, SCIENCE PROCESS IN PRIMARY GRADES The Superintendent spoke on the various activities and supervisory capacities of Col. Philip Doyle, Secondary Supervisor, and requested Col. Doyle to present Science as a Process in the Primary Grades to the Board. Col. Doyle stated that the State Department of Education and Florida State University have been searching for a modern science program for the elementary grades in schools. He described the manner in which such science is brought to the young pupils stating that the idea is to teach the children that science is a process rather than learning it by rote from books. In order to introduce the materials for this program throughout the state, FSU is prepared to undertake a summer institute for approximately 30 instructors from junior colleges and/or unicersities and schools who will be trained in the techniques of using the materials. These 30 trained instructors will then teach at least 30 more teachers in the local area and through a year-long in-service institute under FICUS if this institute still operates. The teachers will receive six hours of graduate credit for taking this course. Col. Doyle stated that the text books we have at the present time could still be used along with teachers manuals and a kit of equipment. The materials for each grade are packaged in a collection of materials that will cost $100 per set. One set would be needed for each classroom using the science process method. In addition each using teacher would require $8 worth of teacher texts to include one for grade taught, one for each preceding and succeeding grades and one teachers’ commentary. He further stated that under the NDEA program these sets would be available to the county for $55 instead of $100 thereby making the cost to the county a total of $1,890. Col. Doyle stated that this AASA program for grades K-3 will not be the ultimate program for science education in the elementary schools, but is the best available at this time, and any future programs adopted will be similar in nature. Mr. Turner moved that the Board participate in the AASA Elementary Science Process and purchase of the necessary equipment and materials. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Mulvee and carried.
Alton Ochsner wikipedia
EXCERPT:
As a medical student at Washington University in St. Louis, young Ochsner was summoned to observe lung cancer surgery -- something, he was told, that he might never see again. He did not witness another case for seventeen years. Then he observed eight in six months all being smokers who had picked up the habit in World War I.
As a teacher, he became renowned, perhaps notorious to his medical students and residents, for his intense verbal cross-examinations in the Charity Hospital amphitheater, or "bull pen" as it is known. He believed the psychologically taxing ordeal programmed students to perform well under stress and kept them on their toes. At Touro Hospital one of his patients was jazz musician Muggsy Spanier, who credited Ochsner with saving his life and composed the tune "Relaxin' at the Touro" during his recovery. One of his most brilliant researchers was Dr. Mary S. Sherman, who was brutally murdered in a still unresolved case in the summer of 1964.
Mary S. Sherman
EXCERPT:
Death
In the hours before dawn on July 21, 1964, Dr. Sherman was found dead in her apartment on St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans. The police report classified the death as a murder. The autopsy report said her right arm and rib cage had been burned away, yet the hair on her head remained unburned. A small fire had been set in her apartment which burned the mattress and some underwear, but no witness reported seeing a flame. The body had been stabbed in the heart, liver, arm, leg, and stomach. The wound to the heart was determined to be the precise cause of death. This wound hemorrhaged, but the wound to the liver did not, indicating that she was alive at the time of the heart wound, but already dead by the time the wound to the liver was inflicted. Investigators determined that the massive burns inflicted upon her could not have occurred in her apartment. The details of her missing arm were not released to the public.
Strong evidence of a connection between Sherman and events leading up to the assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy exists. Sherman was a friendly acquaintance of Lee Harvey Oswald, the accused assassin, and a friend of David Ferrie.
